Abstract

The content of the master´s thesis is success rate and dropout rate of studies in Czech Universities. In disertation are topics about human capital, definitons of human capital by some authors, models of investments in human capital and human capital areas of influence. In thesis are informations about early school-leaving in Czech University system. The content of thesis is international comparsion of studies in Universities too. There Are information about reasons and impacts of success rates. Practical part is paid to success rate of studies in Czech Universities. There are informations about dates and methodology needed for analysis. Informations about success rate and dropout rate are interpreted in charts. Past part of this thesis are discussion and references.
