Abstract

This thesis deals with public relations in the student organization AIESEC. The first section provides introductory speech and objective of this work. Continues with theoretical part, in which are explained the basic concepts of public relations and Net Promoter Score. Followed by presentation of the student organization AIESEC, their vision, values and stakeholders. In the practical part of the study is analyzed environment of public relations in student organization AIESEC and strategic analysis based on the data obtained. The final section is devoted to the application of Net Promoter Score to measure public relations.
