Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the study of personnel facet of the public administration and the system of education of employees of Financial headquarters in Ostrava. It analyses the personnel facet, system of education, level and content of education and development of finances in the years 2006 – 2009. The evaluation is based on selected criteria (the personnel facet, the remuneration, the education, the level and content of education and the education costs).
