Abstract

This diploma thesis covers a blueprint of a complex technical safeguardof a hotel by means of the element of alarm and emergency system, electrical system of fire signalling and CCTV. The thesis is devided into particular chapters. The opening covers lawful requirements, followed by the next part which is focused on the theory of individual measures of a property safeguard. In the practical part, the hotel entity is described and risk management system is done via particular analysis as well as a blueprint of the safety and security system of the property.
