Topics: Design of Statistical Implementation on Hinge Hood Riveting Process

The thesis deals with the analysis of statistical process control for the Hood Hinge assembly with using of riveting technology, analysis of the current SPC and MSA. It contains the analysis of measurement system of opening force and pin diameter parameters. There are designed and made changes in the way of approach to statistical process control. There was changed the type of control chart for target control chart for individual values and control chart for moving range, and was changed frequency of measurements of opening forces.
