Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis purpose is to carry out an analysis of bank systems functioning in both Russia and the Czech republic. The estimation is spent on the basis of the chosen criteria and by means of the legislation of these countries: the law on the Central bank, on banks and on insurance contributions.
