Abstract

In this bachelor thesis is basic charakteristic of shape memory alloys which contains nickel and titanium. Firstly will introduced basic property of binary alloy and then will presentment other shape memory alloys with nickel and titanium. Main techniques of preparation will describe next. Because this thesis aims to unconventional techniques we will talk about powder metalurgy and closer to mechanical alloying. Next chapters will be about measurements of tranformation temperatures, applications of shape memory alloys and future development. In the end is described preparation of nickel, titanium alloy by mechanical alloying. Also will be there fotos and analyzes from scaning electron microskop and size of powder nickel and titanium and size of final powder.
