Abstract

NOŽIČKOVÁ, Klára. Analýza zastavitelnosti území Z52, Z54, Z55 a Z56, Těrlicko: Baka-lářská práce. Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracovat analýzu zastavitelnosti plochy, která je v územním plánu obce Těrlicko označena pod kódy Z52, Z54, Z55 a Z56. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a návrh zástavby v Těrlicku, včetně obytných budov, zeleně, infrastruktury a občanské vybavenosti, v souladu s platnými předpisy. Návrh bude řešen pomocí dvou různých variant, přičemž jedna varianta bude zpracována detailně for-mou urbanisticko-architektonické studie.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is to prepare an analysis of the buildability of the area, which is marked in the zoning plan of the municipality of Těrlicko under the codes Z52, Z54, Z55 and Z56. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis and design of the development in Těrlicko, including residential buildings, green areas, infrastructure and amenities, in accordance with the applicable regulations. The design will be solved by two different variants, one variant will be elaborated in detail in the form of an urban-architectural study.
