Vytvoření a zhodnocení návrhů pro investiční projekt

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to make proposals for the investment project, which is the reconstruction of the older building, and then using the selected methods and criteria to evaluate these proposals and make recommendation. To meet this goal, financial analysis, scenario method, dynamic and static investment assessment methods, and multi-criteria method were used. In the diploma thesis, the hypothesis is verified in order to achieve the goal: After the reconstruction of the property, it is better for the enterprise to rent it than to use it for its main business activity. In the theoretical part is described the investment process, methods of investment evaluation, sensitivity analysis and risk of investment projects. The practical part is characterized by the company, the property in question and investment proposals. Financial and sensitivity analysis, evaluation of indicators, evaluation of proposals and verification of the hypothesis are also performed.
