Abstract
This dissertation is the analysis of the system of State social support in Czech Republic in 2009-2012.
The objective of this deissertation is to describe structure of state social benefits support and its level in above mnetioned time period. In part of this dissertation is as well assessment of novelization of rule of law no. 117/1995Sb. a how this novelization changed entitlement to social benefits and its ammount.
First and last part are intorduction and conclusion. Second part contains rule of law arround system of state social support. Main focus is on theoretical basics of particural social benefits, its allocation and purpose. Third part is analysis of social support benefits in Czech Republic and in Moravian-Silesian region, mainly used for comparison. Based on this analysis there is in fouth part assessment of total social payment spendings, followed by recomandation to solve defects found in system of state social suppor of Czech Republic.
