Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of selected sources of financing of fixed assets of industrial company, and finding the optimal alternative to the further financial recommendation for the company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the types the banking sector and types of banks. The thesis then describes the types of financial markets, the types of banking business, loans, alternative banking transactions, principles of loan implementation in banks. The practical part solves selected banking institutions and products intended for financing fixed assets, methods of analysis and application of selected methods for a particular investment.
