Radomír Ščurek Ph.D. Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezpečnostní studií měkkých cílů na území statutárního města Přerova. Teoretická část pojednává o právních krocích, které byly podniknuty pro stanovení ochrany měkkých cílů, a taktéž o samotné teorii měkkých cílů. Praktická část je zaměřena na definování a posouzení zjištěných rizik pro vybrané měkké cíle a následně na návrh opatření vedoucí k snížení celkové ohroženosti měkkých cílů.

Radomír Ščurek, Ph.D. The bachelor thesis deals with the security study of soft targets in the territory of the statutory city of Přerov. The theoretical part discusses the legal steps taken to determine the protection of soft targets, as well as the theory of soft targets itself. The practical part is focused on defining and assessing the identified risks for selected soft targets and subsequently on the proposal of measures leading to the reduction of the overall risk of soft targets.
