Abstract

VALOŠKOVÁ, L: Family House with a Tattoo Studio, Bachelor´s Thesis, Ostrava.VŠB – Technical university Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226, 2026. Supervisor: Ing. arch. Filip Slivka, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to prepare project documentation for the construction of a building. The design of a family house with a commercial space has been developed in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on plot No.2688 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava. The basis of the project is an architectural study completed within the course Architectural Design Studio 1. The thesis is divided into a textual part prepared according to Decree No.131/2024 Coll., Annex No. 1, and a project documentation part. The project documentation includes the structural design of the family house with a description of individual structural elements, construction layers, and material solutions.
