Abstract

In this thesis is processed appreciation of use Structural fund and Fund cohesion through Operation program of environment for complicity statutar city Ostrava to project of insulation building. Especially I deal with calculation method NPV and time return investment with and without grant. Thesis is divided to six chapters. In the end of thesis are expect benefits, suggestions and recommendation for contributory organization Zoo Ostrava.
