Abstract
This thesis deals with the process of selection and adaptation of employees in a chosen organization. The theoretical - methodological section explains the basic concepts related to the selection and adaptation of new employees. In this part are described the methods used in the pre-selection and selection of employees in detail. Application - verification part contents description of the system of recruitment, selection and adaptation in chosen organisation and analysis of a questionnaire survey conducted among selected staff of call centers in all branches of the company. Using of questionnaire survey has revealed employee feedback on their reception and adaptation process. Thanks to replies of employees were found weaknesses in these processes and on their basis and after consultations with senior executive were made possible suggestions and recommendations to modify existing processes of selection and adaptation of employees in the company.
