dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je analýza investičního projektu, nákup stroje, ve firmě Květoslav Bašista – strojírenská výroba. Hodnocení probíhá ve dvou variantách. V první variantě je investice hodnocená při získání dotace z programu Rozvoj podnikání a konkurenceschopnosti malých a středních firem. V druhé variantě je investice hrazená z bankovního úvěru. Při analýze jsou využité statické a dynamické metody hodnocení investice.cs
dc.description.abstractThe target of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of investment project, the purchase of machines, in company Květoslav Bašista – engineering production. Evaluation is carried out in two ways. The first way is assessed in obtaining subsidies the business development and competitiveness of small and medium companies. In the second way of the investment is financed through bank credit. In the analysis are used of static and dynamic methods for the assessment of the investment.en
