Aplikace metody Balance Scorecard ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis “Application of the Balanced Scorecard Method” is focused on application of Balanced Scorecard method in Imperial Hotel Ostrava and should improve the efficiency of the company and to increase competitiveness. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the problematics of BSC method, moreover it deals with its perspective in detail, and furthermore, the application of the above-mentioned method is thoroughly described. The practical part of this diploma thesis is focused on the current situation in the company, applies the Balanced Scorecard method and finally defines suggestions and recommendations for the Hotel Imperial.
