Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the use of construction and demolition waste in the construction of operational paved roads and paved areas instead of natural material. Buying a cheaper commodity will not only reduce the company's costs, but will also save a natural resource. The object of interest is the company Vršanská uhelná a. s., (Severní energetická a.s.), its mining area, including the road network and volume needs of backfill materials, in the construction of purpose-built roads. The practical part is devoted to the comparison of variants of materials used for the construction of purpose-built roads, in order to reduce the costs of coal companies. It is also possible to use material from the demolition of our own construction buildings, after the end of brown coal mining when investing in the purchase of a crusher. The result is a proposal for more efficient material use compared to current practice.
