Abstract
This paper deals with the valuation of commercial space. The aim of this work is to create basic materials for deciding whether the selected immovable thing to rent or sell using the valuation. The bachelor thesis contains five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction and the last conclusion. The second chapter focuses on the real estatemarket, basic concepts and methods of valuation The following section describes the selected property and applies the theoretical knowledge into practice. The fourth chapter contains an evaluation of the results and subsequent recommendations to the property owner.
