The diploma thesis deals with design and assessment of the post tensioned slab with irreugulary placed supports. Design and assessment were done with the help of FEM based software. The design of prestressed concrete 1D members was conducted and checked on the 3D structure afterwards. The prestression was conducted in curved column and slab strips. It was found out the irregular ground plane has negative effect on the prestression. With the help of software was checked the need of reinforcing steel. The non linear deformations was computed and compared with standard values. The version of the structure with prestression in column and slab strips with the version of the structure with prestression only in culumn strips were compared.
