Abstract
The aim of the thesis is the analysis of plans and budgets in selected accounting unit, through the statement of MIP (Monthly Information Package). The first chapter of the thesis is theoretical and attention is focus on the general characteristics of plans and budgets. The second chapter focuses on the description of selected accounting unit, understanding the statement of MIP (Monthly Information Package) and creation of plans and budgets in the selected accounting unit. Third, the practical part is focused on the analysis of plans and budgets and on the comparing planned estimate with real state in selected years.
