VÝVOJ EKONOMIKY BYDLENÍ - MIKROEKONOMICKÝ POHLED NA VYBRANÉ BYTOVÉ DOMY VE MĚSTĚ DĚČÍN

Abstract

The submitted paper presents a brief development of housing and subsequently offers a micro-economic view of two specific houses in the city of Děčín. The first part describes the historical development and other important factors that affect housing. Subsequently criteria, on the basis of which the findings from the housing area are evaluated, are set. The next part focuses in particular on the two houses in Děčín, providing their basic characteristics. Based on the fact that these houses were originally in the property of the state, they had the same starting position at the time of their sale. With respect to a different form of ownership, the development in the housekeeping of each of the houses is compared. The work is concluded with a knowledge-based assessment of the current economic situation in both houses.
