Nouzové přežití obyvatelstva při dlouhodobém narušení dodávek elektrické energie

Abstract

Thesis deals with the emergency survival of the population in a long-term disruption in electricity supply. The first chapter of the thesis is engaged in the law, the history of the issue, long-term threats causing power outages and energetic security of end users. The second chapter deals with the analysis of threats causing long-term power outages, the analysis of mentioned problems in the Czech Republic and the analysis of possible precautions for the blackout solution in European countries. The last chapter proposes precautions for the improvement of the emergency population survival during a long-term disruption of the electricity supply in the Czech Republic.
