Abstract

The primary objective of my bachelor thesis was a detailed analysis of the preparation and organization of the Ku-Du Cup sporting event. In the first part, different aspects of management such as sport and project management were described. The practical part focused on the specific budget of the event and the overall organization of the sporting event was analyzed. The final part contained suggestions and recommendations based on the results of the SWOT analysis and the participant interviews.
