Integrace technologických dat měření povrchových vad tažených tyčí

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with design of system of integration of technological data of measuring surface defects of drawn rods produced with cold drawing technology on manufacturing plant Tažírna oceli in Třinecké železárny. For measuring of surface defects eddy current method is used. Three computer programs were created: communication program, that provides transfer of identifier of measured rod to the control system Simatic, transfer program, that provides copying of technological data to factory database system for archiving for further use and visualization program that serves as an analytical tool for technologists and quality department workers.
