Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate possible ways of professional responsibility of authorized architect. Diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on general responsibility for damage, preconditions for this responsibility creation and circumstances excluding an obligation to pay for this damage. The second part deals with insurance contract as for responsibility its basic requirements as well as with professional indemnity insurance characteristics. the last part is focused on concrete profession of authorized architect, legislation related to this activity and possible ways of insurance contract conclusion.
