Stanovení hodnoty malého podniku

Abstract

This work deals with determining the value of a small business comapny, the aim is to use selected methods to determine the market value of the company BYTservis – služby, spol. s r.o.. The work is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with basic approaches and methods of valuation, strategic and financial analysis. In practical part is determining the market value of the company per capitalized net income and it is evaluated whether the determined value of the company is also the value at which it could be sold.
