Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of distribution board warming. The first part deals with various types of distribution points and distribution boards, the basic requirements for distribution devices, the levels of protection and designing principles. The next part of the work includes the basic theoretical knowledge about heat transfer using conduction, convection and radiation. Then a part about the possibilities of the elimination of heat losses in distribution boards follows. The theoretical part also includes the description of the principle of thermal imaging equipment and basic rules for working with a thermal imaging camera. The practical part focuses on the verification of temperatures on a real distribution board. Critical temperatures and the influence of the season on the warming of individual elements are analysed in this work. A design of a new distribution board cooling is described in the next part. The last subchapter also mentions the basic parameters of the thermal imaging camera which were used during the measurement.
