Abstract

This thesis is called Comparison of work performance of permanent and agency staff. Thesis is concentrated on comparison of job produktivity and work satisfaction in one copany of holding Vítkovice Machinery Group. Opening part is focused on theoretical resources of work performance, job produktivity and job satisfaction.. There is also analyzed a possible relationship between job productivity and work satisfaction. Practical part is concerned to a characterization of copany. The research also copared the job produktivity and on the basis of a guestionare also compared job satisfaction in both groups of employees. Comparison of job produktivity and analysis of job satisfaction were statistically processed. In the final part, which is based of theoretical knowledge and analytical results, are discussed possible changes that could lead to higher job produktivity and job dsatisfaction in the analyzed copany.
