Abstract
The bachelor thesis focuses on disabled individuals who join sorting of municipal waste with a help of suggested methodology. After that they will be preparing for secondary use of municipal waste. The waste will be used as a material for manufacture of various functional objects as well as the decorative ones. The procedures and added photographs are introduced in the thesis.
