Abstract

Finanční plánování je jedna z nejdůležitějších částí podnikání. Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit finanční plán na 3 roky pro společnost CIE PLASTY CZ, s. r. o. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Druhá kapitola se zabývá teoretickou problematikou. V této části je vysvětlena podstata finančního plánování, principy, zásady plánování a finanční výkazy. Posledním bodem teoretické části jsou druhy finančního plánování, kategorie plánů a metody plánování. Třetí kapitola je o společnosti, která mi poskytla spolupráci při psaní mé bakalářské práce. Ve čtvrté, nejdůležitější kapitole, je sestaven finanční plán podniku na rok 2010 až 2012. V bakalářské práci je sestaven plán výkazu zisku a ztráty (plán výsledovky). Výsledovka se považuje za významnou informaci o hospodaření podniku. Tento plán se skládá z plánu tržeb a plánu nákladů. V plánu byla použita metoda simulační a metoda procentního podílu na tržbách. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny výsledky finančního plánu a uvedeno doporučení.

Financial planning is one of the most important part of business. The aim of my bachelor thesis was framed financial plan for three years for firm CIE PLASTY CZ, s. r. o. The bachelor thesis is divided into three main parts. The second chapter deals with theoretical problems. In this part is explained substance of financial planning, principles, rules of planning and financial statements. The last item in theoretical part are kinds of financial planning, category of plans and planning methods. The third chapter is about firm, which provided me a cooperation with bachelor thesis. In fourth, the most important chapter, is compiled financial plan of firm from 2010 to 2012. In bachelor thesis is compiled plan of profit and lost report (planned statement of income). Planned statement of income is major information about economy of firm. This plan is composed from plan of incomes and plan of expenses. The simulation method and method of percentage of sales are used in the plan. In final chapter is evaluated results of financial plan and devised new recommendation.
