Realizace a oživení digitálního dvojčete CNC stroje pomocí nástroje Siemens myVirtualMachine

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the creation and virtual commissioning of a digital twin of a three-axis CNC machine tool. The aim was to utilize the Create MyVirtual Machine environment to develop a functional virtual control system based on SINUMERIK ONE, including supporting PLC logic in TIA Portal. The theoretical part outlines the principles of digital twins, CNC system architecture, and tools for virtual commissioning. The practical part focuses on system configuration, integration of components, and functionality verification through axis movement testing, PLC logic validation, and NC program simulation. The result is a functional digital model enabling virtual commissioning and control verification without the need for physical hardware. The thesis also discusses the benefits and limitations of this approach.
