Hodnocení a komparace vybraných investičních příležitostí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation when investing to selected investment instruments: stocks, bonds, exchange rate, properties, precious metals, diamonds. The aim of this work is to evaluate and compare the specific assets in terms of profitability, liquidity and risks, based on data founded by set criteria. The theoretical part is divided into two groups, followed by identifying the characteristics of a particular group of assets, possibly specific investment instruments of the given group. The practical part is devoted to the calculation of data needed to determine the most attractive investment asset in terms of profitability, risks and liquidity with the help of selected criteria, during a limited period of investment. It means a period of holding investment instrument and the invested amount. In addition, each investment is influenced by transaction and tax costs which may vary. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis evaluates results achieved by scoring method. Convention was based on matching specific number of points with certain economic criteria. Convention of achieved points by each asset showed favorable terms of invested money into selected investment instruments.
