Abstract
The goal of the diploma thesis was design and creation of the CRM system based on a
comprehensive specifications of requirements. Requirements should be described with use cases
and subsequent processing with components generated from appropriately selected analysis and
design patterns. Next I should to defined a process for using these components and created a
draft municipal interface to work with them. Some parts of the system I implemented. Analysis
and design of introduction of changes into the new system using UML and RUP processes. The
result is a preanalysis of the prototype of CRM system. It's designed for next extend. In addition
to implementing customer feedback, my system will ensure the better control and management
of staff. These changes should be improve the chances in the competition and especially to
increase prosperity and customer satisfaction.
