Identifikace osob zkoumáním stop lidské lokomoce

Abstract

Práce se zabývá identifikací osob pomocí lidské lokomoce. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny nejdůležitější poznatky dané kriminalistické metody nazývané trasologie,především zkoumání stop lidské lokomoce či stop bosých a obutých nohou. Dále je pozornost věnována vyhledávání těchto stop, jejich zajišťování a zkoumání. V práci je také znázorněn biomechanický obsah trasologických stop a výpočet tělesné výšky a hmotnosti z těchto stop. Praktická část je založena na prověření správnosti vzorců určených k identifikaci osob pomocí výšky a hmotnosti z plantogramu bosé nohy, délky a šířky stopy obuvi a délky kroku a dvojkroku na 6 osobách různých somatotypů a pohlaví. Následně je prověřena použitelnost těchto vzorců v praxi.

The work deals with the identification of persons using human locomotion. In the theoretical section outlines the most important findings of the forensic technique called tracing devices, in particular the examination of evidence of human locomotion or feet bare and booted feet. Attention is also paid to search for the tracks, their assurance and research. The work also illustrates the contents of biomechanical trasologických stop and calculate height and weight of these tracks. Practical part is based on verifying the correctness of formulas designed to identify persons using height and weight of plantogramu bare feet, the length and width of track shoes and stride length and dvojkroku to 6 persons of different somatotypes and gender. Subsequently verified the applicability of these formulas in practice.
