Abstract

The subjekt I am going to deal with in bachelor thesis it the procedure of walling the first floor in a multifunction house, the contract dokuments to the extend of a building licence, time plainning, cost estimate, building site arrangement. The building of multifunction house is designed of Porotherm system. The building has 3 floors above the ground and on eis below the ground. The roof is flat. There are clothing store, travel agency, entrance hall and staircase to another floors on the first floor. On the second floor there acommodation unit sized 4+1 (four rooms plus kitchen) , 3+1 (three rooms plus kitchen), 1+1 (one room plus kitchen). On the 3rd floor there acommodation unit sized 4+1 , 3+1, 1+1.
