Moderní formy komunikace uvnitř krizového štábu

Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis are the forms and means of communication crisis staff. Introduction is devoted to theoretical basis for crisis management. This part is followed to describe the crisis staff, information systems and the problems of communication support crisis staff. Primary part of the theses describes the current use of modern means of communication crisis staffs in the Czech Republic. This part was done through questionnaire method. On the basis of the evaluation questionnaire method, the final part deals with the characteristics of individual instruments. Followed overall evaluation current status and recommendations for the future.
