Vliv nitridických fází v oceli na stabilitu austenitického zrna

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the alternative possibility of determining the content of nitride phases in steel and their influence on the size of the austenitic grain. The theoretical part of the work characterizes the nitride phases in steel in terms of their type, origin, morphology and influence on the properties of steel. Furthermore, the issue of austenitic grain size and its determination is discussed. The last point of the theoretical part describes the possibilities of determining nitride phases in steel with emphasis on the thermoevolution method. In the experimental part, the performed thermoevolution curves on five types of samples, pig iron and steels P2-09, S355, 1240, 21MnNiMoW, are commented. The thermoevolution curves were analyzed to assign the individual curves to certain nitride phases and their content, and their influence on the austenitic grain size of the given steels is evaluated.
