Objektivizace výběru kancelářských prostor k pronájmu v administrativních objektech s použitím matematických metod

Abstract

The subject of the dissertation focuses on multi-criteria decision-making process in the selection of new office space in office buildings. The current status of strategic decisions mainly takes the subjective impression of the decision maker and is not aware of any tool that could be bring an objective view of the important decisions. The paper analyzed the current state of available office space for rent in the Czech Republic and abroad, and analyzed the current decision-making process. The aim is to propose a methodology and recommendation tools that can objectively evaluate and compare the selection of variants, either by taking into account the risks, or without him. The proposed methodology and used two tools are applied to the modeled task. For tools to solve this decision problem are considered SW tool PREV v. 3.5 Methods and algorithm base variant, which takes the form of MS Excel workbook for any practical use. These instruments are modeled selected three variants of decision making, which are characterized by weight, evaluation, respectively. value and one of the instruments also risk. Modeling is done over the data in real bids, which are weighted according to the preferences granted by the managers of the practice who meet this problem or it came into contact. By entering the relevant decision-making process-oriented criteria, thus ensuring a wider view of the evaluation of alternatives. The result of the modeling is to determine the sequence of each variant according to the preferences of the decision maker and evaluation criteria with the recommendation of the optimal one. The results are applicable and useful in practice, especially in the real estate brokers and property managers.
