Abstract

This work addresses an issue relating to the low attendance of workshops organised by the consulting company. The main factors were views of the participants and potential customers. The chosen problem was solved by using analyses and surveys containing a SWOT analysis, group interview and questionnaire survey. The data was processed in Microsoft Office Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics. The resulting solution provides consulting company Finanční svoboda, s.r.o. the possibility to attract more participants at their workshops The results of this work allow the company to create various marketing activities including online and offline solutions to ensure the capacity to populate their workshops.
