Organizace a řízení vybrané sportovní akce

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat organizaci a řízení vybrané sportovní akce, nalézt a navrhnout vhodné doporučení a náměty ke zlepšení akce do příštích let. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou a vymezením teoretických pojmů, souvisejících s danou problematikou. V závěru jsou popsány metody a techniky výzkumu, které jsou využity i v části praktické. Praktická část se nejprve zabývá organizací a řízením samotné akce a využitými metodami a technikami výzkumu. Dále jsou v praktické části analyzovány a shrnuty výsledky výzkumného šetření, které se skládá z dotazníkového šetření a SWOT analýzy. A na základě zjištěných informací jsou navrženy náměty a doporučení pro další ročníky.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the organisation and management of a selected sports event, to find and propose appropriate recommendations and suggestions to improve the event in the upcoming years. The bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with characteristics and definition of theoretical concepts related to the issue. In the conclusion there are described methods and techniques of research, which are also used in practical part. Firstly, the practical part deals with the organisation and management of the event itself and the research methods and techniques used. Furthermore, the results of the research, which consists of a questionnaire inquiry and a SWOT analysis, are analyzed and summarized in the practical part. And based on the information, suggestions and recommendations for following years are provided.
