Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the e-shop. The second chapter explains the theoretical starting points related to financial analysis. The next chapter is focused on the characteristics of the analyzed e-shop. The theoretical starting points are also applied in practical part. In the practical part there is a financial analysis, which was examined using ratio indicators, bankruptcy models, credit models and intercompany comparison. The fifth chapter of the work includes a summary and recommendations for improving the financial situation of the e-shop. The last chapter is the conclusion that briefly summarizes the aim of the work.
