The subject of the diploma thesis is the compilation of an architectural study of the elementary school
complex in the centre of Ostrava, located between Černá louka and Karolina. The design is based on an
urban concept that connects Černá louka with Dolní oblast Vítkovice and leads to the creation of a new
city street, used as an entrance area for the designed school complex. The study includes the design of
the school's main building, gym and cafeteria. The main purpose of the thesis is to create an environment
that supports educational and community activities for both students and schema_dspacedb.
