Metodika výzkumu hermetičnosti PZP vybudovaných na strukturách uhlovodíkových ložisek

Abstract

This work deals with methods of research of leak tightness on underground gas storage facilities built on structures of hydrocarbon reservoirs. Mainly attention was given to the leak tightness of the underground part of the underground gas storage facility (storage horizon and wells). The aim of this work was to describe and compare the various commonly used methods of monitoring the leak tightness with the real results at UGS Uhřice, UGS Uhřice-jih, UGS Hählein and UGS Stockstadt as well as whether it is possible to modify this methodology or to supplement it. Commonly used leak tightness methods as such are well applicable to real UGS operations. They can detect leaks in time and leakage of wells and gas leaks from storage structures. However, the results showed that there lacks a certain integrity of leak tightness assessment as such and its simple link to historical data during the UGS operation. Therefore, the concept of leak tightness monitoring of UGS was proposed, which is based on previously established methods. The concept was divided into so-called organigrams, when, after passing through the individual points, the results, from the evaluation of the integrity of the wells and the storage structure for each injection-withdrawal season, are simply written into the proposed file. This concept allows tracking results over time with reference to possible solutions or measures. The concept was applied to UGS Uhřice-jih and UGS Hähnlein to verify its applicability in practice. The results show that the concept is designed well and meets the practical purpose for which it was created.
