The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on specification of basic concepts of managerial accounting and their application in particular areas of accounting.
The practical part defines the characteristics of the company and its information from the already performed managerial accounting and at the same time a detailed analysis is elaborated with possible suggestions and improvements.
