Abstract
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of The Retirement Home – Butovice (Studénka) on the level of partial project documentation. Data and resources for the elaboration of this bachelor's thesis were taken from the urban and architectural study prepared in the subject of Atelier Design III. and Atelier Design IV. from the project documentation for the building permit from the subject of Atelier Design Va.
The bachelor thesis is divided into text and drawing documentation. The text documentation contains a technical report and the drawing documentation is supplemented by an architectural detail of the public space.
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a design of an extension and a reconstruction of the retirement home in Butovice (Studénka). The main concept is a creation of a pleasant space, which is going to serve for the occupants of the retirement home as well as for the inhabitants of the town. The new design will help to restore the local center of Butovice town.
