Abstract

The theme of master thesis is marketing strategy design of the reprographic company. Specifically, the reprographic studio LWR Graphic, Ltd. in Frenstat pod Radhostem. The main objective of thesis is to design a marketing strategy for long-term profitable growth of the company combined with relocation of the main establishment and expansion of services and products. The theoretical part describes the extended marketing mix of services, basis of design marketing strategy and selected types of systems marketing strategies. In the practical part was mad a research via questionnaire survey with help of a structured questionnaire divided into four thematic sections. Then was obtained data analysed and were suggested possible solutions and recommendations based on attained results in individual categories.
