Aplikace metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování pro hodnocení dodavatelů

Abstract

Cílem práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit možnosti uplatnění vybraných metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování při výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů. V řešení byly použity čtyři metody na stanovení vah kriterií a tří metody pro preferenční uspořádání variant. Výsledky této práce umožňují zvýšení rentability podnikání firmy a nastavení systému pravidelného hodnocení dodavatelů odrážející skutečné požadavky organizace. Hlavním přínosem práce je ukázat možnosti aplikace kvalitnějších metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování v malých a středních průmyslových firmách.

The aim is to analyze and evaluate the possibilities of selected methods of multi-criteria decision making in the selection and evaluation of suppliers. The solutions were used four methods to determine the weights of criteria and of three methods for preferential arrangement options. The results of this study allow for increased profitability of business firms and setting up a system of regular evaluation of suppliers reflect the actual requirements of the organization. The main contribution of this work is to show the possibilities of application of better methods of multi-criteria decision making in small and medium-sized industrial companies.
