Abstract

HONS, Martin: Posouzení rizikových pracovních poloh logistického operátora metodou RULA. Diplomová práce. Ostrava: VŠB – TU Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, Katedra bezpečnosti práce a procesů, 2018, 83 s. Vedoucí práce: Ing. Ivan Dlugoš, Ph.D. V předložené diplomové práci jsem se zabýval posouzením rizikových pracovních poloh ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části jsem popsal rozdělení ergonomie a pracovního prostředí včetně jeho základních parametrů a kritérií. V další kapitole jsem kategorizoval práci podle vlivu na zdraví zaměstnanců. V poslední teoretické části jsem zmínil vybrané ergonomické analýzy, především metodu RULA. V analytické části jsem provedl grafické zhodnocení dotazníku, který jednotliví operátoři vyplnili, a následně jsem uvedl samotné hodnocení pracovní polohy logistického operátora ve vybraném podniku dle metody RULA. V poslední části diplomové práce jsem navrhl opatření ke zlepšení celkového stavu na pracovišti a ke snížení fyzické a psychické zátěže na jednotlivé operátory.

In the presented thesis I dealt with the risk assessment of the employees body positions in the selected company. In the theoretical part I have described the division of ergonomics and working environment including its basic parameters and criteria. In the next chapter I categorised the work based on the impact on the health of the employees. In the last theoretical part I mentioned selected ergonomic analyses, especially the RULA method. In the analytical part, I made a graphical evaluation of the questionnaire filled by the individual operators and subsequently I stated the evaluation of the body position of the logistic operator in the chosen enterprise according to the RULA method. In the last part of my dissertation, I proposed measures to improve the overall workspace situation and to reduce the physical and mental burden on individual operators.
