Hodnocení efektivnosti investice

Abstract

Práce si klade za cíl provést hodnocení efektivnosti investice společnosti CAUTUM s. r. o. Tato společnost je nejprve představena spolu s výčtem a popisem jednotlivých technologií. Po teoretickém zpracování příslušné problematiky, práce charakterizuje konkrétní investiční projekt společnosti CAUTUM s. r. o. a dále se věnuje samotnému hodnocení efektivnosti investice. V práci jsou použity dva typy metod, a to metody statické a dynamické. Konkrétně se jedná o metodu výnosnosti, metodu doby splacení, metodu čisté současné hodnoty a metodu vnitřního výnosového procenta. Práce je ukončena závěrečným shrnutím a zhodnocením dané investice.

This thesis aims to evaluate the investment efficiency assessment of the company CAUTUM Ltd. Firstly this company is introduced along with a listing and description of each technology. After processing the relevant theoretical issues, in the thesis there is characterized a specific investment project of CAUTUM Ltd. and it also devotes to the investment efficiency assessment. The study uses two types of methods, namely static methods and dynamic methods. Specifically the method of return on investment, the method of repayment period, the method of net present value, the method of internal rate of return. The study is concluded with final summary and evaluation of the investment.
